Policy Fellow at Insper Agro Global. He holds a doctorate and master's degree in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (USP), has training in advocacy and lobbying from George Washington University, is a specialist in international economic negotiations from UNESP, and holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from UNESP. In the corporate sector, he serves as Director of Government Relations and International Trade at BMJ Consultoria, Director of the Department of International Relations and Foreign Trade at FIESP, and Executive Director of the Brazilian Institute of International Trade, Investments and Sustainability (IBCIs). He was Senior Manager of Institutional Relations and Government Affairs at Whirlpool; Executive Manager of Government Relations at AMCHAM Brazil; and Manager of Market Access and Government Relations at the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA). Previously, he held the position of Coordinator of International Negotiations and Foreign Trade at the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP). He also worked in the area of International Trade at BRF.
