Camila
Associate researcher at Insper Agro Global. She has experience in agro-environmental issues, international agribusiness trade, the agricultural input industry, and the coordination of agro-industrial chains. She conducts research and teaches courses on the agro-environmental nexus at various Insper programs. She was a researcher at PENSA (Center for Agribusiness Intelligence) and CORS (Center for Organizational Studies) at FEA/USP. She has provided consulting services to companies and organizations in the Brazilian agribusiness sector, as well as to government agencies. She holds a degree in Agronomy from Esalq-USP, with an academic exchange period at Wageningen University (WUR) in the Netherlands. She has a Master's and a PhD in Business Administration/Economics from FEA-USP.

Book released in 2024 and organized by Marcos Mendes, which brings together 11 successful cases of public policies and shows that good results require accurate diagnosis, careful planning and constant monitoring. The Insper Agro Global team was the author of chapter 5: “ABC Plan and the incentive for the development of low-carbon agriculture”.
