Agricultural engineer (UFV), master and doctor in applied economics (ESALQ/USP). She was a senior researcher at the Institute for the Study of International Trade and Negotiations - ICONE (2005-2008), where she worked mainly on technical studies on Brazil's negotiations in the WTO Doha Round. She was an adjunct professor at the Federal University of São Carlos (2008-2010). She has experience in the area of economics, with an emphasis on international economics, analysis of the economic impact of technologies and fuels, mainly ethanol. The main analytical tools with which she has experience are: partial equilibrium economic modeling; input-output models; database analysis; and econometrics of time series and panel data.
