Gabriela Mota da Cruz

Researcher and professor at Insper Agro Global. Responsible for the climate and environmental agenda related to the agricultural sector. Specialist in Economic Modeling with experience in general equilibrium models (GTAP and PAEG), partial equilibrium model (BLUM) and econometric/statistical models. Economist (PUC Campinas), Master in Applied Economics (ESALQ/USP). Develops research on the topics of public policy analysis, low-carbon agriculture, land use change, traceability and sustainable production of biofuels. Worked as a researcher at the consultancy Agroicone (2019-2023), Instituto Escolhas (2018-2019) and CEPEA-USP (2017-2018). Developed studies with the World Bank and the United Nations (UN). Worked as a university professor supervising scientific works (monographs and scientific initiation) and teaching Microeconomics and Econometrics.
