Expert explains bird flu: “There is no transmission through the consumption of chicken”

In an interview with Jornal da Manhã, the coordinator of Insper Agro Global, Marcos Jank, clarified that bird flu is not transmitted by the consumption of properly cooked chicken or eggs and discussed the economic impacts of the disease, which has already led countries to temporarily suspend imports of Brazilian chicken.
